5th Braces Update & Jom Kurus?

Okay seperti biase.. rutin bulanan adalah mengupdate gigi lepas balik dari appointment
ini kali ke 5 tak silap appointment ni.
kali ni tak de banyak beza mcm selalu,
masuk bilik, doc tanye warna ape nak, pilih2 pastu pasang
tapi kali ni satu bracket tercabut sebab die tertekan kuat benau!
so kenalah dipasang bracket baru of courselah free of charge.
bukan salah gua!

kali ni perubahan nampak lebih jelas. walaupun kedudukan gigi masih terabur sebab pergerakan gigi tu buat die tak tentu hala. bile ketap atas bawah memang tak align.
tapi doc cakap in few months nak pasang dawai tebal ke pasang something yg a lil bit more besar than sekarang. i have no idea what was he talking about.

anyway, here are the pics. sorry tak berapa nk jelas. malas nak edit cecantik.

 macam..macam... comell jee... (not!)

sangat bangga dengan kejayaan mu wahai gigi2 ku. tak sangka bergerak cenggini. pantas plak tu.

oh, lupe pulak nk story mory. entry lepas ade crite pasal semangat azam baru nak fit. oleh sebab itu, diri ini telah mendaftarkan diri sendiri ini jugak ke program JomKurus 1Malaysia (JK1M) anjuran Kevin Zahri.

so far, dah 2 3 kali program dah buat. Memang best gilos. Memang penat gilos gilos! Make new friends with the same intention. seronok jugak. Kalau nak buat sorang2 memang jadi tak jadi lah.

so far dah 3 hari dok jage kalori harian. pergh..susah.susah..tapi tenyeh je la...mane yang boleh ikut, ku ikut. baru ini lah ku familiar dengan macam2 istilah fitness. Kena la amik tau sikit sebanyak.
Target? kalau tamak, nak turun 10kg. tapi kalau nak realistik sikit 5 pun jadi. ehehehe

ape lagi, ucaplah goodluck padaku!

Azam baru yang realistik

So as the new year came, so did the new resolution.
walaupun sebenarnye rase macam new year resolution ni macam tipu je tiap2 tahun sebab tak penahnye jadi. hihi so disebabkan itu, tahun ni, azam baruku adalah lebih realistik.

1. i want to get fitter (not slimmer) and healthier.
2. i want to get pregnant hehehe

Kira realistik lah jugak kan?. and do able of course with Allah's Willing of course.
untuk azam pertama tu actually, i started with signing myself up to the JomKurus 1 Malaysia program led by non other than, the Fitness Guru, Kevin Zahri.

The program will starts this Saturday in fact. it is a 6 week program mainly focusing on how to get fit and slim the right way by knowing the rights the dos and donts. so Insya allah, kalau ikut betul programnye, boleh la fit sikit. almaklumlah, baru2 ni buat blood test, terkejut ha tengok resultnye. by blood sugar level is on the bar already. bahaya2.. and my cholesterol level is high. so lets hope, by joining, it helps and guides me the right way.

Untuk azam kedua tu, insya allah tahun ni nak cuba bagi Zidan adik! (tak kisah boy ke girl, but hoping for a girl of course lah) percubaan pertama (cewah) tak berapa nak mendatangkan hasil. so cuba dan cuba lagi. jangan give up! Pity Zidan, main sensorang je. berangan sorang2. he needs a friend at home :)

Oh, my next dental appointment is also this Saturday, and macam biase tiap kali appointment asyik tak tahu nak colorband ape. bosan dah kot menelek color scheme tu.

Fourth Braces Update - November 2013

My 4th appointment was last Saturday. kali ni memang tak sempat nak pilih color beforehand sebab takde masa. tok umi n tok ayah fly to bandung hari tu so kelam kabut tolong dorang packing.
Sampai klinik pun lambat 15 minutes..dengan mengah2 terus lupe nak pilih2 color. masuk ke bilik doctor pas kene interview sikit, die tanye nak color ape kali ni...

so mintak ler kt die getah2 tu pilih mase tu jugak.. so ended up dengan turqoise & purple...bile dah siap..eh cuns jugak eceh hihih...

 

tak buleh rotate..waa sorry..  (btw, lipstick tu NYX in Milan :)

 perkembangan dari mula sampai terkini

 warna2 pilihan hati setakat yang terkini. yang last tu gambar muke..nak kasi penuh collage eheheh

kali ni punye appointment, memang sakit...sebab letak bracket dekat gigi yang berlapis tu...waaa sakit die sampai 5 hari...tak buleh makan...bile kunyah gigi bawah berlaga dengan gigi atas..perghh...memang azah...tapi tabahlah wahai diri... hari ni still lagi rase sakit tapi dah kurang la..

hari tu order lagi 3 NYX lip cream. hari semalam sampai terus buat swatch...

My favourite so far has got to be Antwep. Never thought I can pull this peachy/coralish/pinkish color off! so pretty! so so pretty. my second favourite is Amsterdam just because I have never tried the Monte Carlo. Yet :)

i have always loved red lippy. dulu memang takut nak try merah katenye macam orang tua...macam makcik2..but that is because u dont find your perfect red.
my other perfect red lip color is from Dior, the gold casing in 013. tapi selalu sold out and also expensive.

now dah ade nyx...tak payah beli mahal2 :)

dah lama sangat rasenye tak membeli makeup untuk diri sendiri
kalau dulu sebelum kahwin memang suke ler bab2 ni

oh em giii best giler kot!!

tapi i ended up pegi Parkson and beli starter kit bukan 1, tapi 2 heeeeee

rupe luaran macam buku. creative sangat! bile bukak ade sampling yang medium size
so boleh la lasting sampai 2 bulan kot kalau pandai jimat

sape belum penah try Benefit ni, silalah ke outlet yang berdekatan
setahu saya yang ade kat KL ni, KLCC dengan One Utama.

oh and i also managed to grab an Nyx soft matte lip cream
die bukan typical lipstick tube ataupun gloss. tapi rupe macam gloss, feel macam lipstick
bile apply, texture creamy and bila kering die matte2 gitu
definitely worth trying
murah pun murah. dalam RM26 dekat Sephora, kalau online dalam RM24 camtu
cube lah!

 

hari tu beli Antwerp. and dah order Amsterdam, Stockholm, San Paolo, Monte Carlo dengan Milan. Katenye ade satu name Kuala Lumpur tapi tak available pun kat sini..hihi..curious!

Fake vs Original Ray-Ban Aviator

so, i have a question.

should one buy an original or fake ray ban sunny?
there are tons of fake or so called inspired ray ban yang dijual merata.
gred 3A ade gred 5A pun ada..

so, i am thinking of getting one (or two) pair(s) of Ray ban aviator...but then, the big question is
is fake okay or just go with the safer option iaitu authentic and original?
semalam sebuk la buat survey, bace2..ade orang claim, kedai2 pun jual fake at original price!!
like seriously!! nak buat duit...jahat betul orang2 meniaga ni

anyway, am not so sure bout buying fake at first, pikirkan nak pakai lama and untuk jaga mata.
but then terpikir pulak, if the fake can be as good as the original, then why spend more.

right?


right??

third braces update - Oktober 2013

so the color braces color selctor tu memang helpful sangat2
mase duk tunggu turn kt klinik i took some time to play with the color combos
sambil2 whatsapp kat member mintak tolong pilihkan color combo yang comel

 

ini fuchsia biru.. but i doubt clinic tu ade kaler fuchsia...tu yang sub dengan maroon

 

almost nak pilih color combo ni bajet halloween hehehe

so i ended up with this

 

blue / maroon  tehehehehe

not bad eh? ini memang pilihan last minute, mase try2 color selector tu tetibe nurse panggil masuk..

so then and there terus jawab blur/maroon bile doctor tanye

so as you see in the picture, i am still having the spring thing. belum boleh letak bracket di situ sebab gap belum cukup lebar. am not complaining, tapi barisan gigi bawah dah gerak dengan cantik. hampir sebaris.

so i was soo looking forward to have the same effect on my upper teeth.

anyways, patience pays...so we will see...

in the mean time, i am happy with my color hihih

cant wait for the next appointment....dah pening pikir color haha
